1.如發現購買之商品有損壞，你可以在收到商品後14天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨
當核實申請符合退換貨品條件，我們會協助安排退換有關商品，逾期恕不受理。
客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片，以核實符合退換條件。
3.我們只接受以下退貨理由：
商品有損壞/有缺陷
不是你訂購的商品
4.以下情況不接受退換，包括但不限於：
i. 產品已非全新狀態，或已經使用
產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
iii.  產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
產品與網站照片色差
任何免費贈品
vi.已退換一次的貨品
vii.改變心意而退貨

Return and Exchange Policy

Our company Chung Yung Cycle Co. return policy
 
If you find that your purchase is damaged, you may contact our customer service within 14 days (including Saturdays and public holidays) after you receive the product to request an exchange.

Once the application is verified to be in compliance with the conditions, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the merchandise.

 

Customer Service may require you to provide photos and/or videos to verify compliance with the return conditions.

 

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

The item is damaged/defective

Not the item you ordered

 

Returns will not be accepted for the following conditions, including but not limited to

The product is not in new condition, or has been used

ii.The product has been cleaned with water or detergent

iii.The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete

Color difference between the product and the website photo

Any free gifts

Products that have been returned or exchanged once

vii. Returned for a change of mind
