Return and exchange policy

The return and exchange policy of our company Chung Yung Cycle Co.

1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to apply for an exchange. When we verify that the application meets the return and exchange conditions, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant product. , late applications will not be accepted.
Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify return and exchange conditions.
3. We only accept the following reasons for return:
The item is damaged/defective and is not the item you ordered.
4. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
i. The product is no longer in brand new condition, or the product has been used and cleaned with water or detergent.
iii. The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete. There is a color difference between the product and the website photos. Any free gifts.
vi. Goods that have been returned once
vii. If you change your mind and return the goods, if there is any dispute, Chung Yung Cycle Co. reserves the right of final decision.
