Our company's return and exchange policy
1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to apply for an exchange. When we verify that the application meets the return and exchange conditions, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant product. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify return and exchange conditions.
3. We only accept the following reasons for return:
- Item is damaged/defective
- Not what you ordered
4. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The product is no longer in brand new condition or has been used
- The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
- The product has been damaged, stained or incomplete
- Color difference between product and website photos
- any freebies
- Items that have been returned once
- Return goods due to change of mind
5. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision
