The MKS Promenade is a modern take on a classic pedal design.

Using replaceable shaped alloy cage plates and an alloy pedal body, the Promenade saves about 40 grams from comparable pedals such as the Sylvan Stream. The shaped cage plates provide extra strength for powerful riders, and has a low and wide tooth profile with rounded corners.

The Promenade is built around our hand adjusted Cup and Cone bearing system, which provides serviceability that's uncommon in today's “designed for the dump” products.

The Promenade is also available with our Ezy quick release axle system. The patented Ezy system allows for safe, rapid, and tool less removal of pedals for travel, storage, or flexibility. Particularly popular as an upgrade for folding bicycles, those who take their bikes on mass transit, or travel bikes with coupler systems our Ezy system can dramatically improve ride quality while saving space.

• For a slightly larger platform the UB-Lite adds a U-shaped one-piece cage plate that also protects the pedal body if the bicycle falls over.
