l Free delivery conditions:
o Enjoy free delivery service when you purchase folding bikes worth HKD$2,000 or above or full bikes worth HKD$10,000 or above.

Free delivery service excludes remote areas.
l Paid delivery conditions:
o For strollers or orders that do not meet the above free delivery conditions, a delivery fee of HKD$200 (for general areas) or HKD$350 (for remote areas) will be charged for each order.
l Notes:
o Free delivery service is only available for company truck transportation
o Free delivery is only available on the designated delivery schedule and for the first delivery only.
o Goods will be delivered on the ground floor of the building
o Door-to-door delivery service requires the use of a lift and will incur an additional upstairs fee (the specific fee will be determined by consulting the delivery driver before delivery).

Freight Charges (General/Remote Areas)
Delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
General area: (HKD$200 )
- Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan (Shatin Pass Road towards Kwun Yam Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, and all country parks
- New Territories: North District > Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Sha Tau Kok Highway to the east of Kong Ling Roundabout, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng.
- Yuen Long District > Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan Road to Shum Wan Road/Tin Yuet Road, Sheung Shui Ma Tso Lung, Ping Che Road north to Kau Kee Store and Lok Ma Chau.
-Tuen Mun District > Lung Kwu Tan and Lung Mun Road to Sai Tsui Road in Tuen Mun.
- Tai Po District > Behind the Chung Cheng Pen Pavilion on Ting Kok Road, Tai Po, Lin O and Plover Cove.
- Sai Kung District > Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Bu Dai O, Yung Shue O and Tai Temple.

Severe weather and special situation handling
1 ) Delivery time : Monday to Saturday 2:00pm to 6:00pm ( except labor holidays and special areas ) .
Delivery service will be suspended in severe weather conditions ( e.g. when Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect ) .
We will contact you to arrange delivery for the relevant orders after the relevant warning is removed . Thank you for your understanding.
2 ) Delivery service is not available to buildings that cannot be reached by elevators . Customers will be notified to pick up the goods from the basement.
If there is any elevator failure at the delivery building and it is unable to operate normally , our store will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery date.
If you or the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, the store reserves the right to charge the customer additional delivery fees.
Bicycle delivery service
- Delivery will be arranged after the bicycle is installed
- Optional accessories (e.g. pedals, bottle cages, etc.) included in your order will be installed on your bike. If you do not wish to have accessories installed, please contact us by email or WhatsApp immediately after placing your order.
-Based on the concept of environmental protection, our company does not include cartons when shipping. The bicycles will be assembled and delivered to customers in a packaged form to support environmental protection .
