All items sold in this online store are **non-returnable.
**1. Handling of Defective Goods**
If the received product is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery to apply for an exchange.
Our team may request photos or videos of the defect as evidence to verify eligibility for exchange.
Upon confirmation that the exchange conditions are met, we will arrange the service for you. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
**2. Conditions for Accepting Returns/Exchanges**
✓ Product has obvious damage or functional issues.
✓ The actual product received differs from what was ordered.
**3. Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted, Including But Not Limited To:**
✗ Damage or stains caused by improper human use.
✗ Reasonable color differences between the product and the website images.
✗ Product has been unsealed, used, or is no longer in new condition.
✗ Product has been washed or treated with chemical cleaners.
✗ Returns due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality.
✗ Items from an order that has already been returned/exchanged once.
✗ Complimentary gifts/free samples included with the order.
**4. Important Notes for Exchanges**
Only one exchange service is provided per order.
For exchanges not due to product quality issues, the customer must bear the cost of two-way shipping.
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts intact and in a resalable condition.
When processing an exchange, please provide the logistics tracking number for us to monitor the return status.
**5. Special Reminders**
* Inspect the product condition immediately upon receipt.
* Retain the complete packaging for at least 14 days.
* Take photos as evidence immediately if any product issues are found.
* If an item in your order is out of stock, you may apply for a refund, which will be issued via the original payment method.
* A 10% handling fee will be charged for returns not due to product quality issues (excluding out-of-stock situations).
* For any after-sales inspection or service requiring an in-store visit, all resulting round-trip transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
