1. Standard Express Service (SF Express)

Applicable Regions: Hong Kong and Macau

Free Delivery Conditions:

• Order value of HKD $800 or above for parts and accessories.

• Parcel weight does not exceed 5kg.

• The longest side of the parcel does not exceed 60cm.

Paid Delivery Conditions:

• Orders below HKD $800 (meeting the 5kg/60cm criteria): Shipping fee of HKD $45.

• Parcels exceeding 5kg or the longest side exceeding 60cm: Shipping fee of HKD $78.

Important Notes:

• Delivery Time: Approximately 1-3 working days (extended for Sundays and public holidays).

• Delivery may take 3-5 working days or longer for bulk orders or during logistics delays.

• If the first delivery fails (no signature/parcel rejected), the second attempt will be via SF Express Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or store pick-up.

• If an order is split and shipped to multiple addresses: the first qualifying shipment (≥$800) gets free shipping; subsequent non-qualifying shipments will be sent COD.

2. Delivery to Macau

• Recipients may need to pay additional import tariffs (amount subject to local customs policies; payable by recipient).

Out-of-Stock Item Handling:

• Out-of-stock items will be automatically backordered and shipped immediately upon restocking.

• Refunds for order modifications or out-of-stock items will be issued via the original payment method.

  • For credit card payments, customers must present the credit card used for payment.

• Delivery times may be extended during holiday seasons or product delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
