The MAGURA STORM SL.2 is a lightweight brake disc for ambitious cross-country use. Good braking power with minimal weight.
The lightest disc in the MAGURA portfolio shares some details with the STORM HC and thus offers high stability despite its weight. Matching the range of use, the brake disc is available in diameters of 160 mm (100g) and 180 mm (118g) and is approved for 2- and 4-piston brake calipers.
The inner struts and the friction ring of the STORM SL.2 are specially optimized for low weight – but they still provide the necessary power for demanding racing in MTB marathons and cross-country races.
For maximum durability, we use stainless, martensitic chromium steel in all our MAGURA rotors. This ensures high mechanical strength and the necessary corrosion resistance for the toughest usage scenarios on the bike.
